Bilby Fusion Pty Ltd is built on a foundation of organic, deliberate growth. Ron Le Mesurier started as a sole trader in 2014 under The Bilby Consulting Group. Over the following decade, the business matured through extensive, hands-on field delivery—engineering multi-site business systems, directing corporate data migrations, and managing enterprise technology portfolios across commercial facilities.

In 2024, that decade of hard-earned field experience was restructured into Bilby Fusion Pty Ltd. This specialised corporate architecture was built to formalise a multidisciplinary engineering methodology that we execute collectively on every project. Today, this evolution allows our organisation to bridge the gap between field execution and enterprise governance, backed by Ron's rare combination of trade, engineering, and executive qualifications.

Unlike standard IT consultancies that only handle software, our expertise unifies three distinct core disciplines: a formal engineering, IT, and business background. While individual team members bring deep, specialised execution focus to their respective fields, Bilby Fusion is uniquely led by Ron, who holds all three core master disciplines. Backed by his 25-year corporate background serving as CIO, CTO, and Transformation Director for major national and international firms, Ron actively passes this high-level strategy and technical expertise down to his team and straight across to our customers, ensuring rigorous governance is built into every operation.

This cross-disciplinary pedigree allows our organisation to govern major commercial fit-out designs, manage multi-million dollar CapEx budgets, and orchestrate complex operations spanning equipment hire, large-scale manufacturing, wholesale distribution, FMCG, and multi-site retail networks.
